Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated HR Executive (Fresher) to join our Human Resources team. The candidate will assist in recruitment, employee onboarding, HR administration, and day-to-day HR operations while gaining hands-on experience in various HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Coordinate interview processes with hiring managers.
- Support onboarding and induction activities for new employees.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Assist in attendance and leave management.
- Prepare and update HR reports and trackers.
- Handle employee queries and provide basic HR support.
- Support employee engagement activities and company events.




- Ensure all HR records are maintained accurately and confidentially.

Required Skills

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of HR processes and recruitment.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to work in a team workplace.

Preferred Skills

- Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
- Basic understanding of HR documentation and employee lifecycle.
