Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Interview Trainer cum SOP Writer to support students in their study abroad journey by preparing them for university interviews and assisting them in developing high-quality Statements of Purpose (SOPs). The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication, writing, and mentoring skills to help students confidently present themselves during admission interviews.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct one-on-one and group mock interview sessions for students applying to international universities.
- Evaluate students' communication skills, confidence, body language, and interview performance.
- Provide constructive feedback and personalized coaching to improve interview readiness.
- Prepare students for university admission interviews, credibility interviews, and embassy/visa interviews where applicable.
- Draft, edit, and customize Statements of Purpose (SOPs) based on students' academic background, career goals, and university requirements.
- Guide students in preparing other admission documents such as Letters of Motivation, Personal Statements, and Interview Questionnaires.
- Maintain quality and originality of all SOPs while ensuring they align with university standards.
- Coordinate with student counsellors and the application team to understand student profiles and admission requirements.
- Track the interview readiness and SOP completion status of assigned students.
- Stay updated with university admission trends, interview patterns, and documentation requirements.
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within the stipulated timelines.




- Maintain confidentiality of student information and documents.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in English, Education, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Certification in training or soft skills development will be an added advantage.

Experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in the study abroad industry, interview training, SOP writing, or student counselling.
- Experience in preparing students for international university interviews is preferred.

Required Skills

- Excellent English writing and proofreading skills.
- Strong verbal communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to conduct engaging mock interviews and provide effective feedback.
- Knowledge of university admission processes and documentation.
- Strong interpersonal and counselling skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

- Number of mock interviews conducted per month.
- Student interview success rate.
- Quality and timely completion of SOPs and supporting documents.
- Student satisfaction and feedback scores.
- Turnaround time for document preparation.
- Coordination and communication with counsellors and the application team.
- Accuracy and quality of admission documents submitted.

- Background in study abroad consulting or overseas education.
- Passion for mentoring and helping students achieve their academic goals.
- Solid creative writing and editing abilities.
- Positive attitude with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to handle multiple student cases simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
