About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to support our Finance & Accounts team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining financial records, processing transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions and financial records.
- Prepare and record journal entries, invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and expense reports.
- Perform bank reconciliations, vendor reconciliations, and ledger reconciliations.
- Manage Accounts Payable (AP)



and Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Process employee reimbursements and vendor payments.
- Generate MIS reports and financial statements using MS Excel.
- Maintain accurate accounting records in Tally ERP.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
- Coordinate with banks, auditors, vendors, and internal departments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting policies, statutory regulations, GST, TDS, and other financial requirements.
- Maintain proper documentation for audits and financial reviews.
- Support finance-related operational activities as assigned.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping.
- Hands-on experience with Tally ERP.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, including:
- VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
- Pivot Tables
- IF Functions
- Data Validation
- Basic Financial Formulas
- Valuable understanding of GST, TDS, and bank reconciliation.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
