Role Overview

ACHYON is seeking a Senior Test Automation Engineer to lead technical design and implementation of enterprise test automation solutions.

This is a hands-on role for a seasoned quality engineering professional who can own solution delivery from strategy through production-grade deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand client goals for test automation and quality center of excellence objectives.
- Assess existing test automation initiatives, tool stacks, processes, and methodologies.
- Design future-state enterprise automation frameworks and operating models.
- Lead pilots, implementation, configuration, enhancement, and scaling of automation coverage.
- Define blueprints for test data management, tool integration, CI/CD, quality governance, and reporting.
- Perform hands-on automation work, script reviews, and implementation team leadership.

Core Skills

- Enterprise test automation strategy and implementation.




- Playwright web automation, UiPath automation, BDD, Gherkin, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience improving test flakiness, execution success rate, and coverage across UI, API, and integration tests.
- Quality reporting with Grafana, Allure, or equivalent tools.

Preferred Qualifications

- 8+ years of software quality engineering experience in enterprise environments.
- 2+ years of relevant Playwright automation experience.
- Experience in testing COE models, UAT, SIT, mobile automation, and test data management.

Pay: ₹565,518.95 - ₹1,983,100.17 per year
