We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Graduate Engineer Trainees (GETs) who are passionate about fabrication, welding, manufacturing, and quality engineering. Position

Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) – Mechanical Engineering

Experience: Freshers (0–1 Year)

Key Responsibilities

- Learn and assist in the fabrication and assembly of pressure vessels, storage tanks, LPG tankers, and process equipment.
- Support shop-floor production activities, including fit-up, welding, dimensional inspection, and fabrication monitoring.
- Study and interpret fabrication drawings, engineering drawings, and welding procedures.
- Assist the Quality Assurance team in stage-wise inspections and documentation.
- Support hydrostatic, pneumatic, and leak testing activities.
- Coordinate with Production, Quality, Planning, and Design teams for smooth project execution.
- Prepare fabrication records, inspection reports, and production documentation.
- Participate in customer, third-party, and statutory inspections.
- Follow all safety procedures and quality management system requirements.
- Continuously learn manufacturing processes, welding technologies,



and applicable engineering standards.

Qualification

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- Diploma holders with excellent academic performance may also be considered.

Desired Skills

- Basic understanding of manufacturing, fabrication, and welding processes.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and technical documents.
- Valuable analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work on the shop floor and at project sites whenever required.
- Eagerness to learn and build a long-term career in heavy fabrication.

Preferred

- Knowledge of AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
- Basic understanding of ASME Section VIII, IS 2825, welding processes, and quality inspection practices will be an added advantage.
- Internship or project experience in fabrication or manufacturing is desirable but not mandatory.
