We are a growing hospitality brand managing multiple businesses under one roof, including a boutique hotel, café, bar, banquet, and lifestyle experiences. We are looking for a creative and strategic individual who can transform our social media into a powerful marketing channel that drives bookings, footfall, and brand awareness.

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly creative Social Media Strategist & Video Editor who understands content beyond just posting. The ideal candidate should be able to build a content strategy, create engaging short-form videos, edit high-quality reels, analyze performance, and continuously improve our online presence.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy

- Develop monthly content strategies and calendars for all brands.
- Identify trending content ideas and adapt them to our business.
- Research competitors and industry trends.
- Plan campaigns for festivals, launches, events, and offers.
- Create strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversions.

Content Creation

- Shoot high-quality videos and photos using a phone or camera.
- Direct and plan shoots with staff, guests, food, rooms, and events.
- Capture behind-the-scenes content and storytelling moments.
- Ensure content reflects each brand's identity.

Video Editing

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and TikTok-style videos.
- Add captions, transitions, animations, music, and sound effects.
- Maintain fast-paced, engaging edits optimized for social media.
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple short videos.

Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish posts consistently.
- Write engaging captions and select relevant hashtags.
- Monitor comments, messages, and audience engagement.




- Track content performance and prepare monthly analytics reports.

Growth & Marketing

- Generate creative campaign ideas to increase reach.
- Work with influencers and content creators.
- Suggest paid promotion opportunities.
- Recommend improvements based on analytics and trends.

Requirements

- 1+ years of experience managing social media for brands.
- Robust portfolio of Instagram Reels and short-form video editing.
- Excellent knowledge of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and emerging platforms.
- Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Basic photography and videography skills.
- Strong storytelling and creative thinking abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Passion for hospitality, food, travel, and lifestyle content.

Preferred Skills

- Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Photoshop.
- Basic motion graphics and animation.
- Experience running Meta Ads is a plus.
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics.
- Experience working with restaurants, hotels, cafés, or lifestyle brands.

KPIs

- Consistent posting schedule across all brands.
- Growth in followers and engagement.
- Increase in organic reach and video views.
- Improvement in hotel bookings and restaurant inquiries through social media.
- Creation of high-performing viral content.
- Timely delivery of all creative assets.

We're not looking for someone who simply uploads posts. We want someone who thinks like a marketer, creates like a filmmaker, edits like a creator, and uses data to continuously improve results. Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
