We are hiring- Echo Technician
Location: Location : Sabine Hospital & Research Centre Pvt.Ltd, Cherkala, Kasaragod

Sabine Hospital & Research Centre is looking for a dedicated and skilled Echo Technician to join our Cardiology Department. The ideal candidate will perform echocardiography procedures, assist cardiologists in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions, and ensure accurate, high-quality imaging while maintaining excellent patient care.
Immediate joiners preferred.

Duties and Responsibilities:

- Perform echocardiograms (2D Echo, Doppler, Color Doppler) as prescribed by the cardiologist.
- Prepare patients for echocardiography procedures and explain the process.
- Position patients correctly to obtain accurate cardiac images.
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot echocardiography equipment.
- Capture high-quality diagnostic images and measurements.
- Assist cardiologists during stress echocardiography and transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), when required.
- Record and document patient findings accurately in the medical record.
- Monitor patients during procedures and report any abnormal findings immediately.
- Ensure patient comfort, safety, and privacy throughout the examination.

Qualification:

- B.Sc.



in Cardiac Care Technology / Cardiovascular Technology or equivalen
- Diploma in Cardiac Technology / Echo Technology from a recognized institution

Experience:

- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Echo Technician in a hospital or cardiac care centre.

Required Skills:

- Proficiency in performing 2D Echocardiography, Doppler Echo, Colour Doppler, and Stress Echo.
- Knowledge of cardiac anatomy, physiology, and cardiovascular diseases.
- Ability to operate and maintain echocardiography equipment.
- Assist cardiologists during diagnostic procedures.
- Monitor patients before, during, and after echo examinations.
- Ensure accurate image acquisition and documentation.
- Maintain patient records and prepare reports.
- Strong communication and patient counselling skills.
- Ability to work in emergency and critical care situations.

Salary should be based on interview performance & experience . Should be fixed at the time of interview
