CNC Laser Operator – Job Description

Job Title: CNC Laser Operator
Department: Production / Manufacturing
Reports To: Production Supervisor

Job Summary:
The CNC Laser Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring CNC laser cutting machines to produce high-quality components according to engineering drawings and production requirements. The role includes machine maintenance, quality inspection, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Set up and operate CNC laser cutting machines.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and job orders.
- Load raw materials and adjust machine parameters.
- Monitor machine performance during production.
- Inspect finished parts using measuring instruments.
- Perform routine machine cleaning and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report major faults.
- Maintain production records and quality documentation.
- Follow all safety procedures and wear required PPE.
- Ensure work area is clean and organized.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
