Job Summary
We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Developer (MERN) with 3+ years of experience to build modern web applications from concept to deployment. The ideal candidate should be proficient in both frontend and backend development, with experience in developing scalable, responsive, and secure applications.

Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain web applications using the MERN stack.
- Build responsive user interfaces using React.js/NextJS.
- Develop scalable backend services using Node.js and Express.js.
- Design and manage MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers to implement pixel-perfect interfaces.
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and performance.
- Ensure application security and data protection.
- Write reusable, clean, and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.

Required Skills

Frontend

- 3+ years of experience with React.js/NextJs.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+) and TypeScript.




- Experience with HTML5, CSS3, Tailwind CSS.
- Experience with Redux, Context API, Tanstack Query, or similar state management.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

Backend

- Strong experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Experience in building REST APIs.
- Strong knowledge of MongoDB and/or PostgreSQL/MySQL databases.
- Experience with authentication using JWT or OAuth.
- Understanding of API security and best practices.

General

- Experience with Git and GitHub/GitLab.
- Familiarity with Docker.
- Experience consuming third-party APIs.
- Positive understanding of software architecture and design patterns.
- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Preferred Skills

- Experience with Next.js.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of Redis and caching strategies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest or Cypress.
- Exposure to microservices architecture.

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
