Job Roles
· The primary responsibility of the tele caller will be to generate leads for sales team. This will involve calling potential customers, qualifying them for our projects
- Understanding customer’s requirements and communicate in a etiquette way.
- Call prospective clients and arrange site visits or appointments with coordination to the sales team.
- Maintaining daily call records
- Submitting daily progress reports
