Nestlay Suites by TC-One is looking for a passionate and energetic Guest Relations Intern to join our hospitality team. This internship offers hands-on experience in hotel operations, guest service, and front office management. Responsibilities

- Welcome guests with a warm and professional attitude.
- Assist with guest check-in and check-out.
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and feedback promptly.
- Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction.
- Assist in managing online guest reviews and follow-up communication.
- Ensure the lobby and guest areas maintain high hospitality standards.
- Support front office operations and reservation management.
- Help organize guest events and promotional activities.
- Maintain accurate guest records and reports.

Requirements

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Hotel Management, Hospitality,



Tourism, or any related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Pleasant personality with solid interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office).
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
- Passion for customer service and hospitality.
