Security Officer

Experience: 8+ Years

Qualification: Graduate (Preferred)

Preferred Candidate : Retired Indian Army Officer with a minimum rank of Captain.

We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Security Officer to lead and manage the security operations. The ideal candidate should be a retired Indian Army Officer with a minimum rank of Captain and a strong background in security management, personnel supervision, and emergency response.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and oversee the overall security operations of the plant.
- Supervise and manage security guards and contract security personnel.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Ensure effective access control for employees, visitors, contractors, vehicles, and materials.
- Conduct routine security inspections, patrols, and risk assessments.
- Investigate security incidents, and submit detailed reports.
- Coordinate emergency response during security-related incidents.
- Ensure the safety and security of company assets, infrastructure, and employees.
- Monitor CCTV systems, surveillance equipment, and other security infrastructure.
- Maintain security records, visitor logs, gate registers, and daily security reports.




- Conduct security awareness and emergency preparedness training for employees and security staff.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and security regulations.
- Recommend and implement improvements to strengthen plant security and minimize operational risks.

Required Skills

- Robust leadership and team management abilities.
- Experience in industrial or manufacturing plant security.
- Sound knowledge of security operations, surveillance systems, access control, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication, reporting, and incident-handling skills.
- Ability to take quick decisions during emergencies.
- Proficiency in MS Office and report preparation will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate

- Retired Indian Army Officer with a minimum rank of Captain.
- Experience in manufacturing plants, industrial security, or corporate security will be preferred.
- Physically fit, disciplined, and capable of leading a security team.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
