Job Title: Hostel Warden

Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible Hostel Warden to oversee the day-to-day operations of the medical college hostel, ensuring a safe, disciplined, and supportive residential workplace for students while maintaining hostel facilities and compliance with institutional policies.

Key Responsibilities:

- Must have prior experience managing a hostel with a large number of students in a medical college or educational institution.
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the medical college hostel.
- Ensure student safety, discipline, and adherence to hostel policies.
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, security, and other support teams to ensure smooth hostel operations.
- Maintain hostel records, occupancy,



and administrative documentation.
- Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards.
- Prepare and submit periodic reports on hostel operations and incidents.

Qualifications:

- Any Bachelor's Degree (UG) from a recognized university.
- Minimum 2 years of hostel management experience, preferably in a medical college or educational institution.
