Role & Responsibilities:

Key Roles & Responsibilities

- Order Management & Processing: Handling incoming orders via phone, email, or systems, checking them for correct prices, product numbers, and specifications.
- Interdepartmental Coordination: Acting as the liaison between the sales team, production/factory staff, and logistics to ensure on-time delivery and alignment on inventory.
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Serving as a primary contact for client inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining customer databases.
- Sales Support & Documentation: Preparing sales proposals, contracts, and presentations; updating CRM systems; and tracking sales performance metrics.
- Logistics & Scheduling:



Coordinating delivery dates with warehouse/logistics teams and informing clients of shipment statuses or production delays.
- Reporting & Analysis: Generating weekly or monthly sales reports, tracking quotas, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure sales team efficiency.

Common Qualifications & Skills

- Experience: Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or a related administrative role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (specifically Excel) and CRM software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
