DHANMITHRA Marketing and Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a friendly and customer-focused Customer Relationship Executive to build strong client relationships, handle customer enquiries, provide excellent support, and ensure customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to maintain long-term customer relationships while supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Respond to customer enquiries and provide accurate information.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM system.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Promote the company's products and services to existing customers.
- Assist in achieving customer service and business targets.
- Prepare daily customer interaction and follow-up reports.




- Ensure a professional and positive customer experience at all times.

Experience & Skills

· 0–2 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, marketing, or financial services.

· Strong leadership and team management skills.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Target-oriented with valuable business development abilities.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Salary & Benefits

· ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (Based on experience and qualifications)
