Designation – Junior Social Media & Branding Executive (Content, Branding & Customer Experience)

Role Overview

We are looking for a creative and energetic junior executive to manage social media, customer experience, content creation, and branding activities for our romantic dining experience brand.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

- Instagram & reels

- Photography/video creation

- Customer interaction

- Branding & creative ideas

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest & GMB

- Create and post reels, stories & content regularly

- Capture customer moments, reactions & ambience videos

- Repost customer stories and reviews

- Assist in Facebook & Instagram ad campaigns

- Monitor engagement and campaign performance

- Coordinate creatives and promotional content

- Welcome and guide guests

- Support surprise entries and celebration moments

- Coordinate basic experience activities during bookings





- Suggest new branding and marketing ideas

- Research trends and viral content formats

- Help improve online visibility and engagement

Skills Required

- Familiarity with Instagram/Facebook

- Basic photography/video skills

- Good communication skills

- Creative mindset

- Basic Canva/video editing knowledge preferred

Other Requirements

- Weekend and evening availability required

- Friendly, presentable, and proactive personality preferred
