Job Title: Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly skilled and creative Motion Graphic Designer and Video Editor to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and producing visually captivating animations and motion graphics that enhance the storytelling and engagement of digital content across various platforms.

The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented designer with a passion for both motion graphics and video editing. You should possess a strong understanding of design principles, animation techniques, and the latest industry trends, with the ability to translate creative concepts into polished, high-quality visual assets.

Responsibilities:

· Design and animate motion graphics and videos for social media, marketing campaigns, and digital platforms.

· Create engaging graphics, videos etc for a variety of projects.

· Edit and enhance video content, including promotional videos, advertisements, social media reels, and corporate films.

· Assemble raw footage and apply cuts, transitions, and visual effects for a polished final output.

· Perform colour correction, colour grading, and audio synchronization to maintain high production quality.

· Create dynamic visual effects, transitions, and typography animations.

· Work closely with designers, video editors, and marketers to bring static designs to life.





· Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall creative process.

· Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and present design concepts effectively.

· Develop storyboards and style frames to visualize concepts before production.

· Ensure brand consistency in all animations and motion graphics.

· Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.

· Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, animation, and digital content creation.

· Optimize motion graphics for various formats and platforms (social media, web, advertisements, etc.)

· Share insights and recommendations with the team to enhance overall design quality.

Qualifications:

1. Educational Background:

· Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.

· Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.

2. Experience:

· Proven experience as a Motion Graphic Designer & Video Editor (1 to 3 years), with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects.

· Familiarity with industry-standard design software mentioned above.

3. Skills:

· Excellent creative and conceptual thinking abilities.

· Solid proficiency in graphic design principles, layout, colour theory, and typography.

· Effective communication and collaboration skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

4. Portfolio:

Pay: ₹8,500.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
