Key Responsibilities

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly targets.
- Handle client inquiries, site visits, and high-value customer interactions.
- Develop effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
- Assign, monitor, and manage team leads and daily sales activities.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.
- Guide the team in understanding customer requirements and recommending suitable property solutions.
- Ensure timely follow-ups and successful deal closures.
- Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM/software.
- Coordinate with internal teams for seamless customer transactions.
