Assistant Manager – Recovery
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and monitor recovery activities.
Lead and support the recovery team to achieve collection targets.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely collections.
Maintain customer relationships while resolving payment issues.
Prepare recovery reports and MIS updates.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline.
Experience in NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services preferred.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
