Key ResponsibilitiesCommunity Outreach & Mobilization

- Identify and mobilize eligible candidates from target communities for various training and development programs.
- Conduct door-to-door visits, community meetings, and awareness campaigns to promote program benefits.
- Organize mobilization drives, enrollment camps, career guidance sessions, and community events.
- Generate leads and ensure achievement of monthly enrollment targets.

Counseling & Enrollment

- Counsel candidates and their families on training opportunities, career pathways, and placement prospects.
- Verify candidate eligibility and assist with documentation and registration.
- Support the admission and onboarding process for new learners.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective candidates until enrollment.

Stakeholder Engagement

- Build and maintain strong relationships with Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs), local government officials, schools,



colleges, NGOs, Self-Help Groups (SHGs), community leaders, and employers.
- Coordinate with village heads, youth groups, and local influencers to increase community participation.
- Represent the organization at community events and stakeholder meetings.

Awareness & Advocacy

- Conduct awareness sessions on education, skill development, financial literacy, employability, digital literacy, and government welfare schemes.
- Promote inclusive participation of women, youth, persons with disabilities, and marginalized communities.
- Support social and behavioral change communication (SBCC) initiatives where applicable.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
