Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating production equipment, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring production targets are achieved while following all safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate production machinery and equipment according to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Assemble, inspect, and package products as per quality requirements.
- Perform routine quality checks and report defects or production issues.
- Maintain production records and complete required documentation accurately.
- Ensure workstations are clean, organized, and compliant with 5S standards.
- Follow all health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Support preventive maintenance activities and report equipment malfunctions.
- Meet daily production targets while maintaining product quality.
- Assist with material handling, labeling, and packing of finished goods.
- Work collaboratively with supervisors and team members to improve productivity.

Qualifications

- High school diploma or ITI/Diploma (preferred).




- 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Freshers with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Basic understanding of production processes and safety procedures.

Working Conditions

- Rotational shifts, including weekends if required.

Pay: ₹16,500.00 - ₹19,000.00 per month
