Experience:

- 15+ years of experience in the hospitality industry, with at least 8-10 years as a General Manager or in a senior leadership role at a 5-Star Hotel/Resort.
- Retired General Managers from reputed 5-Star hotel chains are preferred.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Hotel Management, Hospitality Management, or Business Administration.
- Strong operational, financial, and people management skills.
- Proven experience in leading luxury hotel/resort operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the complete operations of the resort, ensuring exceptional guest satisfaction and service standards.
- Lead and manage all departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Maintenance, Finance, Sales & Marketing, and HR.
- Drive revenue growth, profitability, occupancy, and cost optimization.




- Develop and implement operational strategies, budgets, and business plans.
- Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and hospitality standards.
- Recruit, mentor, and lead department heads while fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build robust relationships with guests, corporate clients, travel partners, and stakeholders.
- Monitor service quality and continuously improve operational efficiency and guest experience.
