Job Summary
Sign Restaurant is looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and a passion for hospitality.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and ensure a positive first impression.
- Assist guests with seating and provide information about the menu and restaurant services.
- Handle guest inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally.
- Coordinate with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Monitor guest experience and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Support reservation management and special guest requests.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent (hospitality qualification is an advantage).
- 0–2 years of experience in hospitality, restaurants, hotels, or customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Basic computer knowledge is preferred.
