Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Pharmacy Executive to join our Medical Store & Clinic. The ideal candidate should have a B.Pharm degree, good computer skills, and the ability to manage pharmacy operations efficiently while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Dispense medicines as per prescriptions and company guidelines.
- Handle billing and invoicing for medicines and clinic services.
- Process cash, card, and UPI payments accurately.
- Maintain medicine inventory, stock records, and expiry tracking.
- Update daily sales, billing, and inventory records.
- Coordinate with doctors and clinic staff for smooth day-to-day operations.
- Assist customers with medicine-related queries in a professional manner.
- Ensure proper storage and organization of medicines.
- Maintain accurate records using pharmacy software, Microsoft Excel, and Google Sheets.

Requirements

- B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) is mandatory.
- Experience in a medical store, pharmacy, or clinic is preferred. Freshers are also welcome to apply.
- Basic computer knowledge is mandatory.




- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and general computer operations.
- Knowledge of billing software, POS systems, or pharmacy management software will be an added advantage.
- Valuable communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work with accuracy, responsibility, and attention to detail.
