Job Title: Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are looking for high-energy, motivated, and result-driven Business Development Executives (BDE) to join our growing team. Key Responsibilities

- Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and social media (e.g., LinkedIn).
- Client Acquisition: Pitch products/services to prospective clients, understand their requirements, and present tailored solutions.
- Relationship Management: Maintain and nurture strong, long-term relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
- Market Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors to identify new avenues for growth.
- Sales Pipeline Management: Learn to manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, keeping internal tracking systems updated.
- Collaboration:



Work closely with senior management and internal teams to align strategies and improve conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: Fresher (0 years of experience). No prior sales experience required; complete on-the-job training will be provided.
- Education: Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Class of 2026 graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the confidence to speak with corporate decision-makers.
- Attitude: A strong desire to learn, high resilience, self-motivated, and a target-driven mindset.
- Tech Savvy: Basic familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) or Google Workspace.
