We are looking for an SEO Specialist who will work across two tracks: driving organic visibility for Seller Rocket's own digital presence (sellerrocket.in) and delivering end-to-end SEO services for our 10+ SEO client brand accounts. You will own on-page and off-page SEO, content strategy, technical audits, marketplace listing optimization, and client reporting — all with a strong data-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities

Client SEO Management

- Handle SEO deliverables for assigned client accounts — audits, keyword strategy, on-page fixes, content briefs, and monthly reports
- Coordinate with the accounts team to understand each client's category, competitors, and business goals before building SEO strategy
- Deliver structured monthly SEO reports per client — ranking movements, traffic changes, work done, and next steps
- Manage multiple client accounts simultaneously with clear priority and deadline discipline
- Flag performance issues proactively to the account manager and suggest corrective actions

Website & Content SEO

- Own and execute on-page SEO for sellerrocket.in — meta tags, heading structure, internal linking, schema markup
- Plan and manage the monthly blog content calendar with keyword-targeted, high-quality articles
- Conduct keyword research using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, or Ubersuggest to identify priority clusters
- Build and monitor backlink profile — outreach, guest posts, and citation building
- Track and report organic traffic, keyword rankings, and conversion metrics via Google Search Console and Analytics.,

Marketplace & Listing SEO.





- Optimize product titles, bullet points, descriptions, and backend keywords for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, and other marketplaces
- Conduct competitor keyword analysis on marketplace search algorithms
- Collaborate with the accounts and content teams to improve listing quality scores and organic rank

Technical SEO

- Run regular site audits using Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, or similar tools — identify and fix crawl errors, broken links, page speed issues
- Work with the web development team to implement technical recommendations (Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, structured data)
- Monitor and improve PageSpeed scores for both desktop and mobile

Reporting & Operations

- Deliver weekly and monthly SEO reports — traffic trends, ranking movements, competitor updates
- Maintain keyword trackers, content trackers, and backlink logs
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the SMM, paid ads, and creative teams for integrated campaign execution

What We're Looking For

Must Have

- 2–5 years of hands-on SEO experience (agency background preferred)
- Experience managing SEO for multiple client accounts simultaneously




- Proven track record of improving organic search rankings and traffic
- Strong working knowledge of Google Search Console, Google Analytics 4, and at least one SEO tool (Ahrefs / SEMrush / Ubersuggest)
- Experience in marketplace listing SEO — Amazon, Flipkart, or similar
- Ability to write or brief SEO content independently
- Solid analytical skills — comfortable reading data, identifying patterns, and acting on them
- Excellent communication and documentation habits

Good to Have

- Experience working in a marketplace growth agency or e-commerce brand
- Familiarity with Screaming Frog, Google Tag Manager, or Looker Studio
- Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for implementing on-page fixes
- Tamil language content writing ability (bonus for regional SEO initiatives)
