Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team at Titan. As a Marketing Manager for our Retail Marketing division, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness for our Watches & Wearables (W&W;) product line. This is a full-time, regular position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.

Key Responsibilities

- Go to Market Plan Overall
- Annual micro marketing plan and calendar
- Go to market plan & execution for campaigns for each channel
- Customized market specific inputs
- Go to Market Plan for New Products in Onground Channels
- New Product Penetration




- Dealer Meets
- Product Meets
- Go to Market Plan for New Products in MPEC and TEC
- New Product Listing
- Recent Product live on site
- SMU planning
- Regional Strategy & Initiatives
- Annual focus market plan
- Execution as per plan
- Visual Merchandizing
- Visual Merchandizing Plan for each channel for the year
- Execution as per the Quarterly plan
- Reporting and Data Management
- MIS dashboards for primary and secondary vol val - MTD YTD with cut of cluster/price band/channel/region.
- Monthly sell-in, sell-through, penetration reports on first four months and YTD performance at variant & collection level across channels and overall.
- Campaign collections tracking
- Ad-hoc data requirements

Work Experience

Education: Master’s Degree in Marketing or an Equivalent Degree
