The Senior Engineer – QA/QC is responsible for ensuring that all project execution and manufacturing activities comply with established quality standards and customer requirements. The role focuses on minimizing rework, maintaining quality documentation, coordinating inspections, and supporting timely project completion through effective quality control practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct regular inspections during project execution to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Inspect incoming materials to verify compliance with approved specifications and samples.
- Prepare and maintain QC checklists, inspection reports, and other quality records as per the Quality Management Plan.
- Coordinate with client representatives for inspection approvals and document validation whenever required.
- Maintain and update all QA/QC documentation, quality trackers, and project records.
- Ensure quality inspections are completed on schedule to avoid delays in project execution.




- Coordinate with project teams to resolve quality issues and support smooth project delivery.
- Identify gaps in execution processes and recommend improvements to enhance quality.

Qualifications

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in QA/QC within fabrication, heavy engineering, manufacturing, EPC, or industrial projects.
- Valuable knowledge of engineering drawings, inspection procedures, and quality documentation.

Preferred Skills

- Experience working with steel plants, fabrication, or industrial equipment manufacturing.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with cross-functional teams and clients.

Pay: ₹170,000.00 - ₹230,000.00 per year
