Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of development efforts to ensure alignment with project objectives and timelines.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure clarity and consensus on technical approaches.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP ABAP Development for HANA.
- Strong experience in designing and implementing custom code enhancements and interfaces within SAP environments.
- Ability to optimize performance of ABAP programs and leverage HANA database capabilities effectively.
- Familiarity with agile software development practices and tools to support iterative delivery.
- Experience in debugging, testing, and troubleshooting complex software issues in enterprise applications.
- Competence in integrating SAP modules and ensuring seamless data flow across systems.
