KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Identify, attract, and hire top UX Designers, UI Developers, and Technology professionals.

· Build and nurture solid relationships with design schools, tech institutes, and professional communities.

· Evaluate candidates’ proficiency in both design principles and development fundamentals.

· Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with a focus on quality, efficiency, and candidate experience.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to forecast and fulfill hiring needs across design and development teams.

· Strengthen the employer brand through social platforms, events, and community engagement to attract exceptional talent.

REQUIRED SKILLS

· Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

· Proven ability to engage and assess both creative and technical talent.

· Active network within UX design and UI development communities is a strong advantage.
