We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Officer to expand our healthcare services by building strong relationships with hospitals, clinics, doctors, corporates, insurance companies, and other referral partners. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a passion for sales and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business opportunities and strategic partnerships.
- Meet doctors, hospitals, clinics, and corporate clients to promote our healthcare services.
- Generate leads and convert them into long-term business relationships.
- Achieve monthly business development targets.
- Conduct field visits, presentations, and promotional activities.
- Prepare daily visit reports and maintain client records.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Business Development, Healthcare Marketing, or Medical Sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving license is preferred.
- Candidates from Trivandrum will be given preference.
