We are looking for a motivated and target-driven Sales Executive for the Health Insurance sector. The candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling Care Health Insurance products to individuals, families, and corporate clients. The role involves generating leads, explaining insurance plans, understanding customer requirements, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate leads through calling, references, field visits, and networking.
- Explain health insurance plans, benefits, coverage, premium details, and claim process to customers.
- Understand customer needs and suggest suitable Care Health Insurance policies.
- Convert leads into successful sales and achieve monthly.
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
- Build long-term customer relationships.
- Update lead status.




- Ensure proper compliance and ethical sales practices.

Required Skills:

- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic knowledge of insurance or financial products.
- Customer handling and relationship-building ability.
- Sales-oriented mindset with target achievement focus.
- Good follow-up and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in field sales or tele-sales environment.

Eligibility:

- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with positive communication can apply.
- Experience in insurance, banking, financial services, or sales will be an advantage.
- Field work necessary.
