Job Title: Senior Sales Coordinator

Job Summary

Coordinating order execution between Head Office, factory, logistics, and the sales team.

Ensuring timely production planning and dispatch of orders.

Tracking sales representatives' daily activities, reporting, and performance.

Analyzing sales data, dispatch performance, dealer-wise sales, and pending orders.

Coordinating with dealers for order status, claims, shortages, replacements, and post-sales service.

Maintaining CRM and preparing MIS reports for management.

Identifying operational bottlenecks and implementing process improvements.

Working closely with Accounts, Production, Dispatch, and Marketing to ensure smooth operations.

Required Skills

- Ideal Candidate 5–8 years of experience in sales operations, supply chain coordination, or order management.
- Solid proficiency in Excel and ERP/CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and coordination skills.
- Experience in building materials, plywood, laminates, FMCG, or manufacturing will be an advantage.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
