About the Role Robosol Software is a UK-based Microsoft Partner delivering Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions to clients across retail, wholesale, and manufacturing. We are expanding our India delivery team and hiring Functional Consultants at our Nagpur office.As a Functional Consultant, you will be the bridge between our international clients and their ERP solution — gathering requirements, configuring Business Central, running workshops and training, and supporting clients through go-live and beyond. You will work directly with UK stakeholders, so clarity, confidence, and professionalism in communication are essential.
Who We're Looking ForWe welcome candidates from two backgrounds:
- ERP professionals — experience with any major ERP (Business Central/NAV, SAP, Oracle, Sage, Tally at enterprise scale, etc.), either as an implementation consultant or as a power/end user in a finance, supply chain, or operations role.
- Chartered Accountants — CA or CA Inter qualified professionals with strong finance fundamentals who want to build a career in ERP consulting. Hands-on ERP experience as an end user (e.g., in an accounting or audit environment) is a strong advantage.
Key Requirements
- Excellent communication skills — non-negotiable. You will be client-facing with UK and international stakeholders. You must be able to explain, listen, challenge, and document with clarity.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in ERP (as implementor or end user) or in a finance/accounting role.
- We will consider candidates with 2–3 years of experience if they demonstrate exceptional communication skills and sharp analytical ability.
- Solid understanding of business processes in at least one of: finance/accounting, supply chain, trading, or manufacturing.
- Ability to translate business requirements into system configuration and functional design.
- Willingness to work from our Nagpur office.
Nice to Have
- Direct experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Dynamics NAV (we will train the right candidate)
- CA / CA Inter qualification
- Exposure to international clients or UK/European business practices
- Experience running user training, UAT, or go-live support
What You'll Do
- Gather and analyse client business requirements
- Configure and implement Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions
- Prepare functional design documents and process documentation
- Run client workshops, end-user training, and UAT cycles
- Support go-lives and provide post-implementation support
- Work closely with our technical (AL development) team to deliver customisations
