Telecaller – IT Sales
Location: Ahmedabad (On-site)

Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential clients
Generate and qualify IT sales leads
Schedule meetings for the Business Development team
Follow up with prospects and maintain CRM records
Understand client requirements and present our IT services professionally
Requirements:
Good communication skills in English and Hindi (Gujarati is a plus)
Strong convincing and negotiation skills
Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Previous telecalling or sales experience is an added advantage
