Key Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
- Plan, schedule, and publish content as per the content calendar.
- Write captions and coordinate with the design and content teams for creative requirements.
- Monitor social media engagement, messages, and comments.
- Assist in planning and executing content shoots for clients.
- Provide on-ground support during indoor, outdoor, and event shoots.
- Coordinate with clients for shoot schedules, content requirements, and approvals.
- Assist the Content Creator during shoots by handling props, lighting setup, equipment, talent coordination, and ensuring smooth shoot execution.
- Capture behind-the-scenes (BTS) content and mobile content whenever required.
- Stay updated with social media trends, trending audio, and platform updates.
- Track basic social media performance and prepare reports.




- Ensure timely execution of tasks while maintaining brand consistency across all client accounts.

Requirements

- Freshers with hands-on experience in social media management can apply.
- Positive understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other social media platforms.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and content shoots.
- Comfortable working during outdoor and evening shoots.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Basic knowledge of Canva and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Candidates must be based in Goa (Goan candidates preferred).
