Role-Marketing Head ...

Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership & Planning

- Define the overarching marketing strategy and go-to-market plans to achieve the company's business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and grow the internal marketing team (covering digital, content, PR, and product marketing).
- Prepare and manage annual, quarterly, and monthly departmental budgets while forecasting and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI)

Brand Management & Campaigns

- Take ownership of the corporate brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging across all external and internal channels.
- Oversee the end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns, product launches, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with external creative agencies, PR firms, and retainer partners to scale marketing output

Data, Insights, & Market Growth





- Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and consumer behavior tracking to identify current business opportunities.
- Implement robust analytics and reporting frameworks to extract actionable insights and refine campaigns

Qualifications & Requirements

- Experience: 5+ years of progressive work experience in a marketing department, with at least 3 years in a senior management or leadership capacity. [1]
- Leadership: Exceptional team-building capabilities, problem-solving skills, and executive-level communication. [1, 2]
