Project Manager – Infrastructure / Industrial (Andhra Pradesh)

Experience: Minimum 5+ Years (Civil Engineering)

Key Responsibilities

- Project Execution: Lead day-to-day site operations, master schedules, structural/earthwork execution, and site safety (HSE).
- Billing & Budget: Manage project costs, client RA billing, extra claims, contractor bills, and material optimization.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Coordinate directly with clients, consultants, and PMCs for project clearances and approvals.
- Quality & Resource Control: Enforce IS Code QA/QC standards, manage site stores, and track heavy machinery deployment.

Key Requirements

- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering.
- Experience: Minimum 5 years in civil, infrastructure, or industrial construction projects.
- Skills: Proficiency in MS Project, rate analysis, BOQ billing, and site team management.
- Languages: Telugu (for local site coordination) and English/Hindi (for client reporting).
