Job Description – Full Stack Developer

About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Full Stack Developer to join our growing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have experience developing scalable, high-performance web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy robust software solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Build responsive and interactive user interfaces using React.js.
- Develop secure and efficient backend services and RESTful APIs using Node.js/Express.js or similar technologies.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend services and third-party APIs.
- Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following best practices.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, product managers, QA engineers, and other developers.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application issues.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend improvements to existing applications.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.




- 3–12 years of experience in Full Stack Development.
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3.
- Hands-on experience with React.js and component-based architecture.
- Strong backend development experience with Node.js, Express.js, or similar frameworks.
- Experience designing and consuming REST APIs.
- Valuable understanding of relational and/or NoSQL databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, or similar.
- Familiarity with Git and version control workflows.
- Understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with TypeScript, Next.js, or Tailwind CSS.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
- Experience with Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and containerized deployments.
- Understanding of Microservices Architecture.
- Familiarity with testing frameworks such as Jest, React Testing Library, or similar.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
