We are looking for a professional and patient-focused Receptionist to join our IVF and Fertility Clinic. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an IVF, Fertility, Gynecology, or Healthcare environment and be comfortable handling patient interactions, appointment scheduling, and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Welcome and assist patients and visitors in a professional manner.
- Manage appointment scheduling, follow-ups, and patient registrations.
- Handle incoming phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and email communications.
- Coordinate with doctors, counselors, and clinical staff for smooth patient management.
- Maintain patient records and update information in the clinic management system.
- Assist patients with basic information regarding consultations and procedures as guided by the medical team.
- Ensure proper front desk administration and documentation.
- Manage billing coordination and payment records when required.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.

Requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of experience in an IVF Clinic,



Fertility Center, Gynecology Clinic, Hospital, or Healthcare Facility.
- Positive communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Appointment Scheduling Software).
- Strong interpersonal and patient-handling skills.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in IVF/Fertility patient coordination.
- Familiarity with healthcare administration and patient counseling processes.
