We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Unpaid HR Intern to support the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources department. The intern will gain hands-on experience across various HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, documentation, and HR operations. Its an unpaid Opportunity

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various roles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Support onboarding activities such as documentation, induction coordination, and ID creation.
- Maintain and update employee databases and HR records.
- Assist in organizing employee engagement activities and HR initiatives.
- Help in preparing HR reports, letters, and notices.
- Handle general HR administrative tasks as needed.

Required Skills & Qualifications





- Pursuing or recently completed a Degree in Human Resources / Masters in Human Resources / related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valuable organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
