About the Role
Fox Brain is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Accountant to manage the company's day-to-day financial operations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in accounting, taxation, and statutory compliance, with proficiency in Tally Prime.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain day-to-day accounting records and bookkeeping.
- Record and reconcile financial transactions in Tally Prime.
- Prepare and file GST returns accurately and within deadlines.
- Prepare and assist in filing Income Tax Returns (ITR).
- Manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and maintain financial records.
- Generate invoices, purchase entries, payment vouchers, and other accounting documents.
- Assist in preparing financial statements and reports.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with auditors, tax consultants,
and other stakeholders whenever required.
Required Skills
- Minimum 1 year of experience as an Accountant.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience with GST compliance and return filing.
- Knowledge of Income Tax Return (ITR) preparation and filing.
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to maintain accuracy and confidentiality while handling financial data.
