Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Lead, mentor, and monitor the performance of Sales Managers, Sales Executives, and Business Development Executives.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and institutional sectors.
- Expand and manage dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks.
- Build robust relationships with key customers, contractors, consultants, and government agencies.
- Conduct regular market analysis to identify competitors, pricing trends, and business opportunities.
- Ensure timely follow-up of leads and conversion into successful projects.
- Coordinate with the Projects, Engineering, Documentation, and Finance teams for smooth project execution.
- Monitor customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Review daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and regional performance.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns, exhibitions, dealer meets, and marketing activities.




- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage regional budgets and optimize operational expenses.
- Support recruitment, training, and performance evaluation of regional sales staff.
- Resolve customer escalations and maintain long-term business relationships.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- MBA in Sales/Marketing is preferred.

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
