ABOUT THE COMPANY

D ATTPL EMS Private Limited, part of ATTPL HOLDCO / ATTPL GROUP, is a technology-driven company developing enterprise software, SaaS platforms, election management systems, CRM, HRMS, automation solutions and digital-governance platforms.

We are looking for a skilled and responsible Full Stack Developer with strong backend-development capabilities to join our technology team in Jaipur. The selected professional will be responsible for developing secure, scalable and production-ready web applications, APIs and backend services.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Design, develop, test and maintain scalable backend applications and REST APIs.
- Develop and maintain full-stack web applications using modern frontend and backend technologies.
- Work with Node.js, Express.js and JavaScript/TypeScript-based applications.
- Develop and integrate frontend modules using React.js or other modern frontend frameworks.
- Design and manage databases using PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB.
- Implement authentication, authorization, role-based access control and secure API integrations.
- Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, email services, SMS services and other external systems.
- Write clean, reusable, documented and production-ready code.
- Identify and resolve application bugs, performance issues and security vulnerabilities.
- Perform API testing,



debugging and application validation using Postman or similar tools.
- Use Git and GitHub for source-code management, branching, pull requests and code reviews.
- Support Docker-based deployment, server configuration and application hosting.
- Coordinate with frontend developers, UI/UX designers, QA professionals and project managers.
- Prepare technical documentation, API documentation, deployment instructions and handover records.
- Protect company source code, credentials, data and confidential technical information.

REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript and/or TypeScript.
- Practical experience with Node.js and Express.js.
- Working knowledge of React.js, HTML5, CSS3 and responsive web development.
- Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Good understanding of PostgreSQL, MySQL and/or MongoDB.
- Knowledge of database schema design, queries, relationships and performance optimisation.
- Experience with Git, GitHub, branches, commits and pull requests.
- Understanding of JWT, OAuth, authentication, authorization and RBAC.
- Familiarity with Linux servers, Nginx, Docker, cloud hosting or VPS deployment.
- Knowledge of application security, validation, error handling, logging and debugging.

PREFERRED SKILLS

- Experience with microservices architecture.
- Knowledge of Redis, WebSocket and real-time applications.
- Experience with AWS, Azure, Hostinger VPS or similar cloud platforms.




- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployments.
- Experience developing CRM, HRMS, ERP, SaaS or enterprise-management platforms.
- Knowledge of API documentation tools such as Swagger/OpenAPI.

QUALIFICATIONS

- B.Tech, B.E., MCA, BCA, M.Sc. IT, B.Sc. Computer Science or equivalent technical qualification.
- Candidates with strong practical development experience and a demonstrable project portfolio may also be considered.
