We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive / Content Creator with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Mohali. If you are passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and building engaging online communities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Create engaging content including reels, short videos, graphics, and captions
- Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars
- Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
- Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
- Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
- Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution
- Run paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads is a plus)
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management/content creation
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and trends
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
- Robust copywriting and communication skills
- Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
