Drive business initiatives to achieve the bank's objective of business leadership. Ensure alignment with key objectives of the Emerging Enterprises Group.

Key Responsibilities

Branch & Lead Management

Meet Branch Managers and Cluster Heads.

Guide RMs on lead generation and joint calls.

Review CRM leads and branch meetings.

Cross Selling

Execute cross-sell contests for RMs.

Drive team to achieve cross-sell targets.

Logins - New + Enhancement

Monitor and review RM target achievements.

Coordinate with Credit, Lawyer, Valuer, and Operations.

Review ABND.

Renewals

Review pending CAM renewals.

Meet Credit for chronic cases.

Guide RMs on renewals.

CAM Conditions Review/OBA Review

Review pending Other Bank CA/CAM cases.

Meet Credit for chronic cases.

Interact with customers and guide RMs.

Portfolio Management and Housekeeping (HK)

Review housekeeping activities.

Meet Credit for chronic cases.

Guide RMs on portfolio management.

Stock Insurance / SS

Review pending stock insurance cases.

Guide RMs on stock insurance processes.

Delinquency Management

Communicate with branches and customers via email.

Conduct joint visits with Credit Managers.

Follow up rigorously and seek collections support.

Complaints: CRM / MD / PNO / CRO

Ensure resolution and replies within TAT.

Education:

CA, MBA, or Graduate.
