Key Responsibilities

- Generate new business opportunities through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking
- Identify, approach, and convert potential clients
- Prepare proposals, presentations, and quotations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with design, production, and operations teams for seamless project execution
- Manage exhibition stalls and event projects from planning to completion
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals




- Identify relevant Government and Private tenders related to events and exhibitions
- Support the tender team with documentation and submissions
- Represent the company at exhibitions, client meetings, and industry events

Desired Candidate Profile

- Excellent English communication skills (Mandatory)
- 0–2 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, Events, or Exhibitions
- Freshers with excellent communication and sales aptitude are welcome to apply
- Strong interest in event management and client servicing
- Confident, presentable, and target-oriented personality
- Good negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of tender processes will be an added advantage
