Job Summary
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to drive lead generation, client acquisition, and business growth through paid digital marketing campaigns. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads and a strong understanding of performance marketing.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Generate qualified leads for Branding, Packaging Design, Website Development, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Marketing services.
- Optimize campaigns to improve ROI and conversions.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports.
- Conduct keyword research,
audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
- Work closely with the Business Development and Creative teams to achieve lead generation goals.
Requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager.
- Strong knowledge of lead generation and campaign optimization.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and conversion tracking.
- Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
