Ice Leopard Imaging is a premium photography, videography, and drone services company based in Chandigarh with over 14 years of experience delivering high-impact visual content for corporate clients, government institutions, and commercial brands across India. ACGS is our sister venture operating in the same creative and strategic space.

We are a lean, ambitious team that takes our craft seriously. We don't do average — and we're looking for someone who doesn't either.

The Role

We're hiring a Social Media Manager & Digital Strategist to own and grow our digital presence across both brands. This is not a post-and-pray role. We want someone who thinks creatively, works proactively, and understands that every caption, story, and reel is a representation of who we are.

You will be the voice of Ice Leopard Imaging and ACGS online.

What You'll Be Doing

Content Creation & Social Media Management

- Plan, create, and publish engaging content for all Instagram handles of Ice Leopard Imaging and ACGS — including reels, carousels, stories, and static posts
- Develop a monthly content calendar aligned with ongoing projects, campaigns, and brand moments
- Stay ahead of trends and bring fresh, original ideas to the table that reflect the premium nature of our brands
- Engage actively with our audience — responding to comments, DMs, and building genuine community connections

Digital Marketing & Strategy

- Design and execute digital marketing campaigns on Instagram, Google,



and other relevant platforms to increase brand visibility and client inquiries across India
- Develop and refine ad creatives, targeting strategies, and campaign structures to maximise ROI
- Identify new opportunities — collaborations, influencer tie-ups, content partnerships — that align with our brand values and elevate our presence in the market

Website & Server Maintenance

- Maintain and update the Ice Leopard Imaging and ACGS websites, ensuring content is current, pages load correctly, and the user experience is always sharp
- Monitor server health, coordinate with hosting providers when needed, and flag or resolve technical issues proactively

Tracking & Reporting

- Maintain a detailed, up-to-date spreadsheet tracking social media performance metrics, campaign results, ad spend, follower growth, engagement rates, and strategic notes
- Provide regular progress reports with honest analysis — what's working, what isn't, and what we should do next

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of hands-on experience managing social media accounts for a brand, agency, or creative business (a strong portfolio of managed accounts will speak louder than any certificate)
- Solid understanding of Instagram's algorithm, content formats, and analytics




- Experience running paid digital campaigns (Meta Ads Manager experience is a must; Google Ads is a plus)
- Should have experience in SEOs for websites.
- Comfortable with basic website CMS management (WordPress or similar)
- A strong eye for aesthetics — you must appreciate and understand premium visual content, because that is what both our brands produce
- Excellent written communication in English
- Organised, self-driven, and capable of working independently without constant supervision
- Bonus: familiarity with photography, videography, or drone services as an industry
