Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM) skilled to lead large-scale SPM transformations across Demand Management, Portfolio Management, Project Management, Resource Management, and Financial Management. The role requires deep functional expertise, hands-on platform leadership, and executive-level stakeholder engagement to drive portfolio governance, investment transparency, and business value realization.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end ServiceNow SPM implementations from strategy through execution.
Drive adoption of ServiceNow Now Assist for SPM to enable AI-powered planning, prioritization, and decision-making.
Own SPM solution architecture across Demand Management, Project and Portfolio Management (PPM), Resource Management, and Financial Management including CapEx, OpEx, rate models, and forecasting.
Provide hands-on leadership for complex SPM configurations and customizations.
Develop and maintain Flow Designer automations.
Configure Business Rules, Client Scripts, and UI Policies.
Design scalable portfolio hierarchies and investment models.




Build executive dashboards using Performance Analytics and advanced reporting.
Ensure platform scalability, performance, and maintainability.
Lead integrations with ITSM for demand intake and enhancement tracking.
Integrate with ERP and Finance systems for budgets and actuals.
Integrate with Agile tools such as Jira and Azure DevOps.
Lead data migration and normalization from legacy PPM tools including Clarity, Planview, Daptiv, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
Ensure financial and resource data accuracy for enterprise reporting.

Required Skills

7 to 8+ years of ServiceNow experience.
5+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow SPM and PPM.
Hands-on expertise in ServiceNow Now Assist for SPM and AI-driven planning capabilities.
Proven experience delivering enterprise or multi-portfolio SPM programs.
